Initiative for Equitable Library Access:  IELA Service Level Guidelines launched

The CLA Executive Council has approved the IELA Service Level Guidelines which was prepared by the CLA IELA Task Force.  The document provides a model for service levels in Canadian public libraries for individuals with print disabilities.  The document can be accessed here.
