Library Book Rate, C-509 Update

This afternoon, MP Merv Tweed (Brandon-Souris) re-introduced his private member’s bill C-509 on the Library Book Rate in the House of Commons for second reading and debate.  MPs of all parties spoke in favour of the bill.  You can watch the action at: http://parlvu.parl.gc.ca/Parlvu/ContentEntityDetailView.aspx?ContentEntityId=6209
