CLA releases CAP Toolkit
The federal government recently announced that it is cutting the
Community Access Program (CAP). All CLA members are encouraged to
contact their Members of Parliament to protest the cut and urge them to
reconsider the value of the program.
The CLA Member Toolkit for CAP provides you with a sample letter to
send to your MP, details on requesting a meeting, key speaking points,
and information on how to contact MPs.
Do you have stories about the impact of CAP in your community? Share
them with your MP, in a letter or in person. These stories provide
strong evidence of the importance of the program.
