HERE'S WHAT YOU GET WITH YOUR BOOTH RENTAL
We provide a complete exhibit package for one price that includes the following:

  • Space in the Exhibition Hall at the Telus Convention Centre.
  • 10' x 10' booth; 8' high drape back wall; 3' high drape side walls.
  • Booth identification sign with your company name (on request).
  • Free listing in conference program.
  • Unlimited free badges for booth personnel.
  • Exhibitor service kit which includes detailed information on displays, transportation, and rentals.
  • Your company will be listed on the conference Web site exhibitor page as a Trade Show participant and in addition we would be pleased to link your home page to the listing.
  • The official conference Web site receives approximately 5,700 page views/week.
  • As an exhibitor, your company will receive one complimentary conference registration. This allows an individual from your company to attend the conference sessions. Additional charges would be incurred for any ticketed events.

PRELIMINARY PROGRAMME
The preliminary programme is the key advertising medium for the conference. It will be published early in 2005 and distributed directly by mail to over 6,000 Canadian library professionals and others in the library community. Feliciter has an excellent track record of high quality and timely content and a distinctive look and voice. Key advertising locations are available. Evidence shows that Feliciter readers respond best to vendors and publishers whose advertisements appear repeatedly throughout the year. CLA WEB SITE
The CLA Web site receives on average 13,000 visits per week with approximately 5,700 page views on the official conference Web site. Another exceptional opportunity for vendors to advertise is the official conference Web site. We have enclosed a Rate Card with detailed information on the benefits, advertising requirements and pricing.

BOOTH SITE SELECTION & GUARANTEE POLICY Booths are assigned on a first come, first serve basis to fully paid applications. Assignments are confirmed after full payment has been received.

The 2004 "Diamond" level sponsors will be assigned first and Victoria Exhibitors who took advantage of the Special Advance Purchase for Calgary will be assigned second. Subsequent booth designations will be based upon the postmark on the envelope or the courier waybill. If payment is made by VISA or MASTERCARD and faxed, the date of the fax will determine the order of booth assignment.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Booth cancellations received in writing by December 31st will be refunded less a 25% handling charge. Cancellations received between January 1st and March 1st, 2005 will be refunded less a 50% handling charge. After March 1st there will be no refunds.

SHOW HOURS AND EXHIBIT EVENTS
CLA has organized an exciting two-day program that will enable exhibitors and delegates to get the most out of the Trade Show.

  • Move-in

Thursday, June 16 ~10.30 AM - 6.00 PM

  • 10.30 AM ~ Official Opening, includes refreshment break
  • 10.30 AM - 1.00 PM ~ Unopposed time to visit exhibits & buffet lunch at noon

Friday, June 17 ~ 9.00 AM - 4.00 PM

  • 10.00 - 10.30 AM ~ Unopposed time to visit the exhibits, includes refreshment break
  • 12.00 - 1.30 PM ~ Lunch in the exhibit hall
  • 4.00 PM - Midnight ~ Move-out
