 REGISTRATION INFORMATION

In recognition of budget constraints, CLA has held the cost for registration at the same pricing as the past three years. Early bird registration for members is $525, students are $100 and non members are $825, including tax. New this year is a rate for retired members of $125. The schedule for on-site, group, institutional and other rates as well as ticket pricing will be available on the CLA Conference website in early February. We will offer delegates on-line registration or a PDF to fax or mail. Please refer to the website for the forms: www.cla.ca/conference/2012. An all-suite property, it is a short walking distance of the Ottawa Convention Centre, Parliament Hill, the ByWard Market and the Rideau Canal. Rates begin at $159.00 plus taxes per night.

Each of the hotels has set up a dedicated booking website for our event. Guests are able to make, modify and cancel hotel reservations online, as well as take advantage of any room upgrades, amenities or other services offered by the hotel.
