CACUL Student Membership Draw
CACUL, the Canadian Association of College and University Libraries, is actively promoting academic librarianship as a career choice for new librarians and library school students. As a result, CACUL is pleased to announce its third Annual Student Membership Draw. CACUL will be awarding a one-year membership to the Canadian Library Association (CACUL Division), to one student in each library school in Canada, and one-year memberships to two students enroled in library technicians programs in Canada. The draw for each school will be random. Interested students need to apply to be considered for the draw. Only e-mail applications will be accepted.

Deadline for applications is Friday November 3, 2006.
The prize is a one-year CLA membership (CACUL division). The membership will commence December 1, 2006 and expire November 30, 2007; winners will be responsible for continuing their memberships should they wish. CACUL will forward the winning names to CLA for membership processing. Winners will be required to complete a student membership form and submit a copy of their student identification to CLA directly. Students awarded memberships will have the opportunity to work/mentor with the CACUL Executive.
